Introduction and Specialization
From movements of microscopic particles which is material component to macro operation of the universal celestial body, natural phenomena look disorderly at a glance, but actually are moving along at a very precise order. Physics is to observe those experimentally and explain them theoretically. In other words, it is the studies that explore principles and laws of the nature. Quantum Mechanics and Modern Physics based on relativity theory, in today's science and technology, is a significant contribution to the advancement of scientific civilization. Physics is to discover natural laws and principles as well as to predict natural phenomena which can happen in the future on the basis of that. Because ability to seek and predict natural phenomena is basic science, to apply physics is the important thing in scientific technology. Learning all knowledge around physics encourages students to enhance basic ability and to use it industry and study world. We do our best to support their experimental education. Furthermore, we have good tradition that professors share a close bond with students. Senior and junior students all are friendly. Therefore, we will inherit and develop it. While attending school, senior students are leading the college life and study of juniors through the program of mentors and tutors and continue to help them after Graduation.
Mission Statement
As the basic science of natural science and advanced science and technology, physics is the study of the laws and principles of nature that experimentally observes and theoretically explains natural phenomena. Our educational goal is to improve scientific thoughts and creative ideas under understanding physics, the foundation of natural science and cutting-edge technology and to enhance practical ability of experiment and computer education. Lastly through this course supports that students research and work for industries and grow up with capability and Faith. To approach this mission, we are doing things in the following.
- 1Firstly, as the physics student, cultivate basic capability and to perform basic theory and experiment as a physics
- 2Secondly, develop creative inquiry mind, writing and presentation skills through physical seminars and physics research courses.
- 3Thirdly, increase interest and participation using various educational materials, and maximize the effect of studying.
- 4Fourthly, increase the fellowship among students, professors, seniors and juniors through strengthening advisors and professors being responsible for their students
