Drop out
- 1If students are no longer able to attend our university due to studying abroad or entering another university, they may drop out.
- 2If students want to drop out, they should bring the guardian's seal, confirmation letter from the dean or department head professor, pay any outstanding library fines, meet the student welfare team, and submit the drop out form to the academic support team in the academic affairs office.
Type of Expulsion
- 1Unregistered expulsion: Failure to register for the semester
- 2Unexcused Return (General): If students do not return to school after the leave of absence
- 3Unexcused Return (Military Admission): If students do not return to school within one year after the expiration of the leave of absence.
- 4Unsatisfactory Grade Warning: If the grade is less than 1.50 in three consecutive semesters
- 5Disciplinary Expulsion: If the expulsion is decided after being referred to the Student Disciplinary Committee for violating the School Rules or damaging the school's reputation by violating student status.
- 6In case the documents to be submitted to our university, are found to be false or counterfeited.
Expulsion Period
- 1Unregistered / Unreturned Expulsion: 1st semester-1st of April, 2nd semester-1st of October
- 2Grade Warning Expulsion: 2nd semester-end of February, 1st semester-end of August 3. Disciplinary Expulsion: When the cause generated
