Therefore, in accordance with this new trend, the education system of the real estate department should be changed and is highly associated with graduate school course after college graduation and re-education after the employment. Through such university-graduate and industry-academic cooperation education, graduates can be grown into talents that are required by the industry, and build a vision of becoming talents that are required too by foreign companies.
