Understanding on the Registration and Period
- Students must complete the course registration within the scheduled period of each semester, and by paying tuition fees at designated locations to qualify as being enrolled.
- In case students, paid their tuition fees and took leave during the semester and returned to school, the tuition fee for the relevant semester is counted to be paid in full. (In case of tuition increase, no need to pay the increase separately.)
- The new tuition fee total will be calculated based on the grade level since returning from leave.
- Transfer students may pay the difference or be refunded if the tuition fee is different from the previous one.
Issuance of Registration Notice
- Issuance of Registration Notice
- Students should print out their registration documents through Myiweb.
- 1 If you click the print out the tuition bill menu, you will see the tuition bill screen.
- 2 Press the print button to print out the tuition fee. Printing of tuition fees is only available during the registration period.

Tuition Refund Application Process

- Tuition Refund Process
- 1 Visit the Academic Support Team and fill out dropout application and the tuition refund application forms(When submitting a dropout form, submit it to the academic support team via the department office, library, student activity support team)
※ Parents' seal is required to complete dropout form. The tuition return account number must be written in yours. If you do not have yours, you must write your parent's one and attach the document that verify your identity.
- 2 Drop out form and tuition refund application form sent to accounting team
- 3 Tuition returned to the account within 15 days
